摘要
结合吉林大学第二医院应用实践,介绍医院OA办公自动化系统的开发背景、总体设计与架构,并且对系统的特点进行了总结,通过该系统的实施完成了医院公共信息发布、信息互动交流、行政事务审批、个人事务处理、文档综合管理、科室工作管理等工作,并且解决了医院内部信息沟通难、工作效率不高等实际问题,减少了医院运营成本,提高了医院的管理水平,对医院的发展发挥了很大的作用。
Combined with the practice of the second hospital of Jilin University,this paper introduces the development background,overall design and architecture of OA office automation system,and summarizes the characteristics of the system,through the implementation of the system to complete the hospital public information dissemination,information exchange,administrative affairs approval,personal affairs,document management,department management,and other work.The system solves the practical problems for the hospital internal information communication difficult and working efficiency is not high,reduces the operation cost of hospital,improves the management level,plays a great role for the development of hospital.
