摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)基因在食管癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测食管癌组织及癌周正常食管组织中的COX-2基因表达水平,分析其在食管癌中的表达及临床意义。结果(1)食管癌组织中COX-2基因呈弱阳性、阳性及强阳性表达例数均分别显著高于癌旁组织中的表达例数(P<0.001或P<0.01);(2)低分化组中COX-2基因强阳性表达例数显著高于中分化组和高分化组(P<0.01或P<0.05),低分化组中COX-2基因阴性表达显著低于高分化组(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2基因的表达与食管癌的发生、发展及分化程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2)gene in esophageal cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression level of COX-2 gene in esophageal cancer tissues and esophageal tissues adjacent to esophageal cancer,and the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 gene in esophageal cancer were analyzed. Results The number of cases with weakly positive,positive and strongly positive expressions of COX-2 gene in the esophageal cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the tissues adjacent to cancer respectively(P<0.001 or P<0.01);the number of cases with strongly positive expression of COX-2 gene in the poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than those in the moderately differentiated and the well differentiated groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the number of cases with negative expression of COX-2 gene in the poorly differentiated group was significantly lower than that in the well differentiated group(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 gene is closely related to the genesis,development and differentiation degree of esophageal cancer.
