摘要
为科学合理使用微生态制剂替代抗生素,深入研究丁酸梭菌的作用机理,有效提高畜禽生产性能、免疫力、肠道健康及产品质量,文章对丁酸梭菌的特征、生理功能、培养工艺及其在动物生产中的研究与应用作以综述。
In order to give a reference for the scientific and rational use of microecological agents instead of antibiotics,clostridium butyricum were studied on the mechanism of Clostridium butyrate,effective improvement of livestock and poultry production performance,immunity,intestinal health and product quality and so on.The characteris?tics,physiological functions,culture technology and the research and application of Clostridium butyrate in animal production were reviewed in this paper.
