摘要
理论板层数的求解是精馏塔设计的基本问题之一,直观简单的梯级图解法被广泛用于精馏理论板层数的计算。本文介绍了用Origin9.0软件梯级图解法求精馏塔理论板层数,包括绘制气液平衡线、辅助线、精馏段操作线、提馏段操作线、进料线,绘制梯级求解理论板层数以及平衡曲线的平滑化处理等。与手工作图相比,运用Origin软件求解理论板层数更方便、高效、准确,为精馏塔理论板层数的计算作了有益尝试。
The solution of the theoretical plate s numbers is one of the basic problems in the design of a distillation column,the simple steps-graphing method is widely used in the calculation of theoretical plate s numbers in distillation column.The steps-graphing method which got the theoretical plate number of distillation column by Origin 9.0 software was introduced,including how to drawing the curve of gas-liquid equilibrium,auxiliary lines,operation line of rectification section,operation line of stripping section,operation line of feeding,drawing steps to solve theoretical plate number and smoothing the equilibrium curve.It was more convenient,efficient and accurate by Origin software to solve the number of theoretical plates than by manual drawing,it was a useful try to calculate the number of theoretical plates in the distillation column by Origin software.
