摘要
苯-甲苯精馏塔设计是化学工程与工艺专业的核心实践课程,是培养应用型技术人才,将理论知识与实践应用充分融合的重要训练过程。然而苯-甲苯精馏塔设计的手动计算过程非常繁杂,对于验收和审核学生设计成果的优劣较为困难。本文采用VB软件和Matlab软件编写程序,将原本繁杂的重复性的计算过程用程序代替,通过改变输入初始数据从而得到相应的计算结果,对每位学生的设计结果进行审核,也激励学生在计算机化和网络化的当前时代背景下,进一步深入探索化工的智能化设计。
The benzene-toluene distillation column design is the core practice course of chemical engineering and technology. It is an important training process to cultivate applied technical talents and fully integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application. However, the manual calculation process of benzene-toluene distillation column design is very complicated, for the teacher acceptance and audit of the merits of students design results more difficult. In this paper, VB software and Matlab software to write the program, the original complex repetitive calculation process with the program instead of changing the initial input data to get the corresponding results, the results of each student's audit, but also encourage students to computerization and network of the current era background, further in-depth exploration of intelligent chemical design.
