摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在普外科住院患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,收治普外科住院患者139例,发放问卷,进行现状调查,确定主要因素,制定相应的措施并组织实施。结果:实施品管圈活动后不仅获得有形成果,目标达成率136%,进步率68%;更为重要的是获得许多无形成果。结论:品管圈的完成不仅提高了健康教育的落实率,同时也带动了大家工作的热情和主动性。
Objective:To explore the effect of the activity of the product tube circle in the health education of the hospitalized patients in the department of general surgery.Methods:Quality control circle activity group was set up,and 139 inpatients in the department of general surgery were selected.Questionnaires were sent out to investigate the status quo,identify the main factors,formulate corresponding measures and organize implementation.Results:After the implementation of the QC activities,the tangible results were obtained.The target achievement rate is 136%,and the rate of progress is 68%.The more important was to obtain many intangible results.Conclusion:The completion of the product pipe circle not only can improves the implementation rate of health education,but also promotes the enthusiasm and initiative of the work.
