摘要
目的研究医院特诊部应用PDCA管理方法后对患者健康教育知晓率的影响效果。方法该院在特诊部成立PDCA活动小组,确立以"提高特诊部健康教育知晓率"为活动主题,对特诊部护士给患儿及家长进行的健康教育效果使用健康教育知晓率测评问卷进行基线调查,用PDCA管理循环的方法,使用鱼骨图分析原因,对有效率未达95%原因进行分析;通过核心小组成员讨论对策,根据该科现行患者健康教育知晓率的情况,群员进行头脑风暴,各抒己见列出需要改进的方面,再通过群员打分,寻找出需要重点改进的方面,制定目标;确定措施并实施,统计PDCA实行前后患者健康教育知晓率的自评情况及测评员对患者健康教育知晓率的测评情况。将2016年1—3月份的特诊部健康教育知晓率设定为对照组,将PDCA实施后10—12月特诊部健康教育知晓率设定为实验组,观察并比较两组患者PDCA实施前后健康教育知晓率情况。结果实验组患者自评健康教育知晓率(96.83%)明显高于对照组患者自评健康教育知晓率(89.47%);同时两名测评员对患者健康教育知晓率的测评,实验组和对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用PDCA循环管理可以提高特诊部患者健康教育知晓率,对特诊部护理质量的提高和发展有积极的推动作用,具有良好实用价值。
Objective To study the effects of the application of PDCA management methods on the aware-ness rate of health education for patients in the Special Clinic Department. Methods The hospital set up a PDCA activity group in the special clinic department, with u improving the awareness of health education in the Special Clinic Department” as its theme. A baseline survey was conducted with the questionnaire on the awareness rate of health education adopted to evaluate the effect of health education delivered to patients and their family by nurses in Special Clinic Department. PDCA management cycle and fishbone diagram were used to analyze the causes for the failure in reaching 95% effectiveness. The core team members discussed the countermeasures, and according to the current awareness rate of health education for patients in the department, the group members brainstormed and vo-ted for the aspects that need improving, identifying key areas that require major improvements, and setting up tar-gets and countermeasures to be implemented. Then,both the patients’ self - evaluation and the assessors’ evaluation on the awareness rate of health education were conducted. The awareness rate of health education in the Special Clinic Department from January to March in 2016 was set as the control group, and the awareness rate from October to December after the implementation of PDCA was set as the experimental group. The awareness rates of health ed-ucation before and after the implementation of PDCA were observed and compared. Results The patients’ self - e -valuation on the awareness rate of health education in the experimental group （96. 83% ） was significantly higher than that in the control group （ 89. 41%） . Meanwhile, The two assessors’ evaluation on the awareness rates of health education in the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant （P 〈0 . 0 1 ） .
