品管圈活动提高血液透析病人饮食知晓率及护理满意度的效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]探讨品管圈在提高血液透析病人对饮食知晓率及护理工作满意度的应用效果。[方法]对120例住院血液透析病人开展以"提高血液透析病人饮食知晓率及护理满意度"为主题的品管圈活动,将10个主要步骤按PDCA管理循环逐步实施,对活动前后病人对饮食知晓率及护理满意度进行比较。[结果]血液透析病人对饮食知晓率从实施品管圈前46.7%上升至实施后的80.0%,护理满意度由82.5%上升至98.3%。[结论]开展品管圈活动对提高血液透析病人的饮食知晓率及护理满意度起到积极的作用,提高了护理质量及护理人员的综合素质。 Objective:To probe into the application effect of quality control circle in improving diet awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 120 hemodialysis patients were carried out the quality control circle activities with theme'improving diet awareness and nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients',10 main steps were gradual implemented based on PDCA management cycle,diet awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared before and after activities.Results:After the implementation of quality control circle,the awareness rate of hemodialysis patients increased from 46.67%to 80%,and the nursing satisfaction increased from 82.5%to 98.3%.Conclusions:Quality control circle activities play a positive role in improving the awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients,and it can improve the quality of nursing and the comprehensive quality of nursing staff.
