摘要
针对气力式油雾器,设计气力式油雾器雾化性能测试系统。通过测量油雾器产生的油雾质量浓度,研究其在不同进出口压差、进口压力、油膜厚度以及油温条件下的雾化性能。研究结果表明:增大进出口压差可以显著提高气力式油雾器的油雾质量浓度和流量;在进出口压差一定时,进口压力升高会导致油雾质量浓度降低;油箱内油膜厚度亦会影响油液雾化效果,随着油膜厚度的减小,气流阻力减小,油雾质量浓度增大;在进出口压差和进口压力不变时,升高油温能够降低油液的黏度,有利于油液雾化。
Aiming at air-blast lubricator,atomization performance test system was designed.By measuring the oil mist density under different pressure difference between inlet and outlet,inlet pressure,oil film thickness and oil temperature,the atomization performance of air-blast lubricator was studied.The results show that when the pressure difference between inlet and outlet increases,the oil mist density and flow rate of lubricator increase significantly;the oil mist density decreases with the increase of inlet pressure under the condition of constant pressure difference;oil film thickness influences atomization performance of air-blast lubricator,and oil mist density increases with the decrease of oil film thickness because the airflow resistance decreases correspondingly;when pressure difference and inlet pressure are constant value,oil viscosity decreases as oil temperature increases,which is beneficial to the oil atomization.
