摘要
采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对油雾发生器内部流动现象及雾化现象进行数值模拟,研究在一定空气压力及油雾出口压力条件下空气温度及油温对油雾平均粒径、油耗量及气耗量的影响。计算结果表明:空气温度越高,油滴平均直径越小,油耗量越大,气耗量越小;油温越高,油滴平均直径越小,油耗量越大,油温对气耗量基本没有什么影响。
Numerical simulation of fluid flow and oil atomization inside an oil mist lubrication device was conducted with CFD software FLUENT. The effect of air temperature and oil temperature on oil mist mean grain diameter, oil con- sumption and air consumption was analyzed. The results show that the oil mist mean grain diameter and the air consumption become smaller, the oil consumption becomes bigger with the increase of the air temperature. The bigger the oil tempera- ture, the smaller the oil mist mean grain diameter, the bigger the oil consumption. The effect of the oil temperature on the air consumption can be neglected.
