摘要
热稳定性是衡量材料能否长期作为相变材料应用的一个十分重要的指标.由于相变材料在使用时会有长期周而复始的升温熔化和降温凝固的过程,因此对所制备的二元混合硝酸盐(LiNO_3∶KNO_3为4∶6)分别进行了循环热稳定性和高温热稳定性测试.试验结果表明,所制备的40%LiNO_3-60%KNO_3二元混合熔盐具有较好的热稳定性能,适合作为140℃左右的太阳能储热材料.
Thermal stability is an important index in measuring whether the material can be used as the application of phase change materials for a long time.Due to a long cycle of warming and cooling solidification process of phase change materials in using process,cyclic thermal stability tests and high temperature thermal stability tests are carried out for the preparation of the binary mixture nitrate(LiNO3∶KNO3 as 4∶6).Experimental results show that the prepared 40%LiNO360%KNO3 binary mixed molten salt has good thermal performance,suitable as solar heat storage material around 140℃.
