摘要
难治性鼻出血是指常规鼻内镜检查未发现出血点,并经规范的前后鼻孔填塞仍未控制的鼻出血。随着鼻内镜技术在鼻出血治疗中的应用,针对难治性鼻出血的治疗,可以选择责任血管凝闭术、结扎术或栓塞术,主要的责任血管依次为蝶窦动脉、筛前动脉、筛后动脉。若上述血管凝闭后仍不能止血,可考虑血管结扎或介入栓塞。
Intractable epistaxis refers to the fact that no bleeding spot was found in the routine endoscopic examination,and through the standard anterior and posterior nostril packing is still not controlled epistaxis.With the application of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of epistaxis,we can choose responsible vessel closure,ligation or embolization for the treatment of intractable epistaxis,the main responsible vessels are sphenopalatine artery,anterior ethmoidal artery and posterior ethmoid artery.If the blood vessels are closed and still can not stop bleeding,we can consider vascular ligation or interventional embolization.
