摘要
大学生是一个特殊的消费群体,他们的食品安全认知与食品安全问题密切相关。大学生毕业后走向社会各行各业,他们对食品安全态度和消费行为有着广泛的社会影响。文章针对在校大学生日常饮食方面表现出来的或潜在的食品安全问题,开展了大学生食品安全问题调研,并根据调研数据分析大学生食品安全问题的主要来源、大学生食品安全意识的现状及问题产生的原因,提出了针对性的建议。
College students are a special consumption group,whose food safety awareness is closely related to food safety issues.After graduating from colleges,students will go to all walks of life,their food safety attitudes and consumption behavior have a wide range of social impact.According to the current and potential food safety issues of daily diet of college students,we carry on a survey of the food issues of college students,analyze the main sources,current situation of food safety awareness of college students and the causes of these problems based on the survey data,and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
