摘要
山苍子是我国长江以南等地常见的调味料和香料资源,其提取物山苍子油有潜力成为一种新型饲料添加剂。本文综述了山苍子油的化学成分及其影响因素,以及山苍子油对防霉和脱霉的作用,为山苍子油作为饲料添加剂开发与利用提供参考。
Litseacubeba is a common seasoning and spice in the south of the Yangtze River in China,the extract of which has the potential to become a new type of feed additive.This article reviewed a brief introduction of litseacubeba oil and summarized the effect of anti-mildew and reduction of mycotoxins,which provided theoretical basis of scientific research and comprehensive utilization for litseacubeba used in the feed.
