摘要
对上海轨道交通1号线列车车钩安装座焊缝裂纹进行了分析,找出了裂纹发生的原因。对车钩安装座组件进行了优化设计,减少了焊缝数量,并采用了焊接性能更好的EN AW-6082-T6材料。对新结构进行了静强度和疲劳强度分析,结果表明,新结构满足EN 12663—1—2010标准的要求。
The cracking in welds of the coupler mounting seats on trains for Shanghai Rail Traffic No.1 Line is analyzed,and causes to the cracking are found out.The optimization design of the coupler mounting seat assemblies is carried out,the number of welds is reduced,and the EN AW-6082-T6 material with better welding performance is used.The static strength and fatigue strength analysis is made for the new structure.The result shows that the new structure can meet the requirements in the standard EN 12663—1—2010.
