摘要
目的:观察火针联合臭氧关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎患者的VAS评分和Lysholm膝关节评分的影响。方法:将120例临床诊断为膝骨关节炎的患者随机分为治疗A组、B组和对照组,每组40例,治疗A组采用火针联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗,治疗B组为单纯臭氧关节腔注射治疗,对照组采用单纯口服塞来昔布胶囊,评价治疗前、治疗后VAS评分和Lysholm膝关节评分来进行疗效评价,并记录治疗过程中有无并发症。结果:与对照组比较,治疗B组总有效率80%,说明单纯臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎疗效较好,治疗A组总有效率为92.5%,说明火针联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎效果更显著,对照组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)较治疗前下降(P<0.01),Lysholm膝关节评分较治疗前明显升高,治疗A组、B组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗A组与治疗B组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合臭氧关节腔内注射治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。
Objective:To observe the influences of fire acupuncture combined with intraarticular injection of ozone on VAS score and Lysholm knee joint score of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:120 cases of patients who were diagnosed clinically as knee osteoarthritis were divided randomly into A treatment group,B treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.A treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture combined with intraarticular injection of ozone,B treatment group was treated with simple intraarticular injection of ozone,while the control group was treated with simple oral celecoxib capsules.VAS score and Lysholm knee joint score before and after treatment were evaluated,so as to evaluate the effect.And the treatment process with or without complication was recorded.Results:Compared with control group,the total effective rate of B treatment group was 80%,which shown that the effect of simple intraarticular injection of ozone on knee osteoarthritis was better;the total effective rate of A treatment group was 92.5%,which shown that the effect of fire acupuncture combined with intraarticular injection of ozone on knee osteoarthritis was more significant.The visual analog scale(VAS)of control group was lowered compared with before treatment(P<0.01),Lysholm knee joint score was increased significantly compared with before treatment.The total effective rate of A,B treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group(P<0.05);and compared A treatment group with B treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with intraarticular injection of ozone on knee osteoarthritis is definite.
