摘要
分析了一种内螺纹加工装置的结构和工作原理,应用再生运动链法的机构创新设计理论,对现有装置进行机构创新设计。以十杆运动链为图形载体,经过对原始机构的分析、一般化运动链、数综合、定义设计要求与约束、再生运动链等过程,得出多种可行运动链。最后对这些可行运动链进行机构拓扑特性分析与比较,介绍筛选符合要求的可行运动链的方法。
It analyzes the structure and working principle of a kind of internal thread processing device,applies the mechanism creative design theory of the regenerative kinematic chain method to the mechanism innovative design for the existing device.Aiming at ten-bar compound kinematic chain mechanism,it gets the various feasible kinematic chains through the analysis of the mechanism of the existing device,obtains the generalized kinematic chain,the number synthesis,the definition of design requirements and constraints,the regenerative kinematic chain.Finally,it analyzes the topological characteristics of mechanism of these feasible kinematic chains and compares the results,proposes theoretical reference for the selection of feasible kinematic chains meeting the requirements.
