摘要
为简化电容加权叉指换能器的设计过程,提出了一种新的设计方法,他将电容加权叉指换能器各指对的两加权电容差值为进化对象,目标频率响应特性和待进化的电容加权叉指换能器的频率响应特性在考虑频率范围内1601个频率点处最大差值的最小值为进化目标,通过排序选择、交叉和变异等遗传操作自动进化出符合任意给定性能要求的电容加权叉指换能器。进化实验结果表明,进化设计得到的电容加权叉指换能器频率响应几乎与任意给定的频率响应特性重叠,进化设计方法正确、高效、实用性强。
A new method to design capacitive weighted interdigital transducer is adopted for simplicity,of which differential value of two weighted capacitive coupled a pair of fingers is regarded as evolutionary object and the minimum value of maximal differential value between objective frequency response and frequency response of capacitive weighted interdigital transducer on 1601 frequency value in corresponding frequency rang as evolutionary target. The capacitive weighted interdigital transducer is obtained after ranking selection, crossover and mutation operation. Evolutionary experiment shows that objective frequency response is near coincidence to frequency response of capacitive weighted interdigital transducer obtained by evolutionary design. The evolutionary design is correct, efficient and practical.
