摘要
针对校企合作培养人才中存在的问题,进行了校企协同培养能源动力类应用型人才的研究与探索。在分析"校企协同"内涵及其主体诉求的基础上,建立了具有能源动力类鲜明特色的应用型人才校企协同培养架构,并从人才培养目标、培养方案、协同指导、共建实习实训基地、目前取得的阶段性成效等方面进行了阐述。实践证明,校企协同有助于提高能源动力类学生的应用实践能力、就业竞争力和综合素质,有助于实现高校人才培养和行业企业发展的良好对接。
In view of the existing problems in talent cultivation between university and enterprise,the research and exploration of universityenterprise cooperation for application-oriented energy and power type talent cultivationis carried on.Based on the analysis of the universityenterprise cooperation connotation and its subject appeals,the framework of university-enterprise cooperation application-oriented talentcultivation for the distinctive energy and power type is established.The object and program of talents cultivation,collaborative guidance,the practice and training base co-construction,and the stage results achieved at presentare elaborated.The practice has shown that the university-enterprise cooperation is helpful to improve the application practice ability,employment competition ability and comprehensive quality for the students in the energy and power major,and to realize the good joint with the university talent cultivation and the industry enterprise development.
