摘要
进一步创新应用型工程人才培养机制需认真厘清校企协同的基本意涵。当前校企协同培养工程人才存在政府制度规范缺位、企业协同意识淡薄等问题。因此,在建立协同培养应用型工程人才机制过程中需要不断完善相关政策法规,提升责任意识;建立协同联邦,实现利益共赢;行业广泛参与,突破协同瓶颈;主动服务社会,提升协同引力。
The further innovation of the fostering mechanism of the application-oriented engineering talents requires careful understanding of the basic meaning of the university-enterprise collaboration. Presently there exist problems in university-enterprise collaborated fostering of talents such as the lack of governmental systems or regulations and of the weak consciousness of the university-enterprise collaboration. Therefore, it should be stressed that constant perfection of the relevant policies and laws and the increase of the consciousness of taking responsibilities during the application-oriented engineering talent-fostering mechanism. In addition, it should be very necessary to set up the form of collaborative federations so as to share the benefits. Furthermore, it should be stressed that all the businesses in the line take part in it so as to break the bottleneck ,and that the businesses initiatively serve the comunity so as to increase the collaborative attractive force.
