摘要
目的:研究民族药地板藤的体外抗病毒活性及有效部位。方法:采用细胞体外抗病毒实验结合细胞病变(CPE)法及MTT法,以病毒半数感染量(TCID50)及治疗指数(TI值)作为研究指标,以利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦为阳性对照,研究民族药地板藤及其不同萃取部位对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)、柯萨奇病毒(COX-B5)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)的抑制作用。结果:地板藤醇提物及不同萃取部位对EV71及HSV-1均显示出较好作用效果,其中水部位对HSV-1的TI值为23.38,接近于阳性对照组,其他萃取部位的TI值也较高,但对RSV及COX-B5只有水部位效果较好,TI值分别为9.41、11.09,其他萃取部位效果不明显。结论:地板藤提取物具有体外抗EV71、HSV-1的活性。
Objective:To study the antiviral activity of different extract parts of Ficus tikoua in vitro.Methods:The virus infectivity(TCID50)and treat index(TI)were calculated to study the inhibition of various virus(RSV,HSV-1,COX-B5,EV71)by antiviral experiment in vitro,using cytopathic effect(CPE)and MTT staining method as indicators,and ribavirin and acyclovir as positive control.Results:The alcohol extracts and different extract parts of F.tikoua showed better effect for EV71,and HSV-1,TI was 23.38,close to the acyclovir control group.The other extracted parts of F.tikoua had little effective,only the water part showed effective on RSV and COX-B5,and the TI were 9.41 and 11.09.Conclusion:The extracts of F.tikoua have antiviral activity in vitro for EV71 and HSV-1.
