摘要
团队成员激励是影响团队创造力提升的重要变量之一。采用层次回归分析法进行实证分析,结果表明:团队成员激励的个体成长与晋升、团队环境与气氛维度对团队知识创造均呈现出显著的正相关,团队成员的工作环境与物质奖励维度对团队知识创造的知识内隐化、外显化、组合化维度的影响显著,对知识社会化维度的影响不显著。知识隐性程度部分调节团队成员激励对团队知识创造的影响。
Team member incentive is one of the most important variables in improving organizational performance.Based on an analysis of the relationships among three dimensions of team member incentive and four dimensions of knowledge creation,the regulating effect of the level of tacit knowledge on the relationship between team member incentive and team knowledge creation is discussed.The hierarchical regression analysis method is used to analyze the theoretical framework of the impact mechanism.The empirical results indicate that employee incentives that personal growth and promotion and team environment and atmosphere have significant role in promoting knowledge creation,however,the influence of work environment and material reward on knowledge socialization is not significant.The tacit level of knowledge partly moderates the relationship between team member incentives and knowledge creation.
