摘要
20世纪以来,知识经济与知识社会化使知识生产模式发生了重大变化,呈现出情境不一、跨学科性、异质性与组织多样性、社会问责与反思性、质量控制多元化等特点。在知识生产模式转型背景下,基层学术组织在其逻辑基础、互动样态、组织形式、价值取向等方面面临着挑战。坚持学科逻辑与应用逻辑的双向协同、树立知识服务社会的理念、整合组织形式、构建复合型人才培养模式,是当下基层学术组织变革的理性选择。
Since 20 th Century,knowledge economy and knowledge society has made great changes on the pattern of knowledge production,knowledge production present different situation,interdisciplinary,heterogeneity and organizational diversity,social accountability and quality control of multiple reflection,etc. In the face of the transformation of knowledge production mode,the basic academic organization is facing the challenge of logical basis,interactive state,organization form,value orientation and so on. To maintain the cooperation of subject logic and application logic,set up the concept of knowledge servicing the society,integrate the organization form,construct the mode of compound talents training is a rational choice for the reform of basic academic organizations.
