摘要
目的观察补气祛瘀泄浊中药联合复方α-酮酸对维持性腹膜透析患者肾功能及营养指标的影响。方法将110例维持性腹膜透析患者随机分为2组,对照组55例给予复方α-酮酸治疗,观察组55例在此基础上加用补气祛瘀泄浊中药治疗,观察2组治疗前后主要症状评分、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、前蛋白(PA)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB-1)、血肌酐(SCr)、血磷、血钙及血钾水平变化情况。结果 2组治疗后食少纳呆、倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软、面色晦暗、舌质紫暗苔腻及脉涩或细涩积分,TG、TC、CRP、HMGB-1、SCr及血磷水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),Hb、Alb、PA及血钙水平均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者治疗前后血钾水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论补气祛瘀泄浊中药联合复方α-酮酸治疗可有效缓解维持性腹膜透析患者相关症状体征,改善营养指标,减轻炎症反应,并有助于促进肾功能恢复。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Chinese herbs for invigorating qi and removing phlegm and eliminating turbidity combined with compoundα-Ketoacid on renal function and nutritional indexes in patients undergoing maintenance peritoneal dialysis.Methods One hundred and ten maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,55 patients in the control group were given compoundα-Ketoacid,55 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese herbs for invigorating qi and removing phlegm and eliminating turbidity based on the control group.The changes of main symptom scores,and the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(Alb),proprotein(PA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),C-reactive protein(CRP),high mobility group protein-1(HMGB-1),serum creatinine(SCr),serum phosphorus,serum calcium,and serum potassium before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the scores of poor appetite,poor appetite,fatigue,weak waist,dark complexion,dark purple tongue,greasy tongue,un-fluent pulse,and the levels of TG,TC,CRP,HMGB-1,SCr and serum phosphorus were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while that of Hb,Alb,PA,and serum calcium were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the improvements of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum potassium between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbs for invigorating qi and removing phlegm and eliminating turbidity combined with compoundα-Ketoacid can effectively relieve related symptoms and signs,improve nutritional indicators,reduce inflammatory reactions,and help to promote renal function recovery in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis.
