摘要
以邮政快递、海外仓、保税仓模式为代表的跨境物流模式存在的缺陷,成了制约我国跨境电商平台发展的短板。跨境电商平台在发展过程中面临的困境主要包括货源品质难以保障,商品供需结构不平衡,仓储成本高,物流模式单一,政策环境不确定。因此,跨境电商平台为有效规避"断链"风险,必须从加强货源监管力度、优化产品供需结构、智能化控制仓储成本、构建多元物流模式、理性把握政策机遇五个方面打造弹性供应链。
The cross-border logistics model represented by EMS,overseas warehouse and tariff-free warehouse has some disadvantages,which hinders the development of China's cross-border electronic business platform.In the process of developing cross-border electronic business,we will face these difficulties:poor quality of imported goods,unbalanced structure of supply and demand,high storage cost,single logistics model and uncertainty of the policy environment.Therefore,in order to avoid the"broken chain"risk effectively and create flexible supply chain,we must enhance supervision of goods,optimize the supply and demand structure of products,control storage costs with intelligent technology,integrate multiple models of logistics,grasp policy opportunities reasonably.
