摘要
为了研究某榴弹发射器最大膛压和膛口速度分布特性及随生产时间变化规律问题,以350组最大膛压和膛口速度测试数据为基础,应用数理统计方法拟合最佳分布来研究最大膛压和膛口速度分布规律。研究结果表明,该榴弹发射器膛口速度整体服从Matlab软件自带16种常用分布中的12种,其中广义极值分布拟合效果最好,其次是正态分布和Rician分布。最大膛压整体不服从Matlab软件自带的16种常用分布,包括正态分布等。以年为单位分7个时间段进行研究,发现不同阶段最大膛压服从多种分布。膛口速度均值随时间变化不显著,但方差变化显著;最大膛压均值随时间变化显著,方差变化不显著。另外,试验顺序对最大膛压试验结果影响较大。常温最大膛压散布已达35%,超过了引信传统后坐保险机构解除保险设计裕量(1/3)。
The mathematical statistics was used to fit the best distribution of the maximum pressure and muzzle velocity of a grenade launcher based on 350 data.The result shows that the muzzle velocity obeys 12 distributions of 16 common distributions in Matlab.The best fitting distribution is generalized extreme value;and the second is Normal distribution and Rician distribution.The maximum pressure doesn’t obey 16 common distributions in Matlab including Normal distribution,et al.The maximum pressure data were divided into seven phases in year,and each phase obeys several distributions.The time-variation of muzzle-velocity mean-value is not significant,but variance change of muzzle velocity is significant.The mean change of maximum pressure is significant,but variance change of maximum pressure is not significant.In addition,the test result of maximum pressure is influenced greatly by test sequence.The dispersion of maximum pressure reaches 35%at normal temperature,which exceeds the arming design-margin(1/3)of traditional setback arming device of fuze.
