摘要
给出了圆柱螺旋弹簧在冲击载荷作用下的应力分析模型 ,讨论了应用MonteCarlo统计模拟技术确定应力分布规律的基本原理和方法 在此基础上 ,以某云爆系统点火击针簧为例 ,研究了其在冲击载荷作用下的强度可靠性 。
This paper gave out the stress analysis model of cylindrical spring applied shock load,and discussed the application of Monte Carlo method to stress distribution research.As an example,the strength reliability of a firing pin spring was calculated,and compared with the calculation results in still load condition.
