摘要
针对申南凹煤矿极近距离煤层回采巷道布置与支护问题,采用理论计算及数值模拟两种方式进行分析。由理论分析和计算,得出合理的回采巷道布置方式为内错式,错距为大于4.88 m;运用数值模拟的方法,从围岩应力变化、塑性破坏以及围岩变形各方面进行研究,得出适合于该矿的回采巷道布置错距为7 m,并提出与之相匹配的支护设计,为该矿的安全、高效生产提供了借鉴和参考。
Aimed at the layout and support of the mining gateway with close distance coal seams in Shennanwa coal mine,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are introduced for analysis.Theoretical analysis and calculations conclude that the rational layout of the mining roadway is inward displacement with the distance larger than 4.88 m;Numerical simulation together with consideration of stress changes,plastic failure and surrounding rock deformation indicates that the inward displacement step in the mine should be 7 m,support design corresponding to it is also proposed,which provides reference for the safety and high-efficiency production of the mine.
