摘要
机械制造是我国制造行业的重要组成部分,企业如何在保障产品质量的前提下降低生产成本,提高经济效益是企业发展的首要任务。因此,从机械制造业的成本管控的现状出发,从理念、管理体系等各个方面提出切实可行的方法和建议,以探索一条降低机械制造成本的可持续发展之路。
Mechanical manufacturing is an important part of manufacturing industry in our country.How to reduce production cost and improve economic benefit under the premise of guaranteeing product quality is the most important task of enterprise development.Based on the current situation of cost control in machinery manufacturing industry,practical methods and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of concept and management system to create a reducing costs and sustainable way.
