摘要
为了实现大采高综采工作面过地质构造时顶板的有效管理,通过对任家庄煤矿210502综采工作面过断层期间顶板管理的分析总结,研制出一种高强度柔性充气装置,有效控制支架顶部空顶范围扩大,并及时对顶板进行临时支护,防止了支架歪架、倒架的发生,保证了工作面正常安全回采,提高了大采高综采设备开采复杂地质条件工作面的单产水平,该装置经济适用,制作安装方便,具有非常广泛的推广前景。
In order to achieve the roof's effective management in crossing geological structure of large mining height fully mechanized mining face,through the continuous summary of roof management in the period of crossing fault of 210502 fully mechanized mining face in Renjiazhuang Coal Mine,a kind of high strength flexible inflatable device is developed,which can effectively control the expansion of the top gap of the support and timely provide temporary support to the roof.It prevents the support from crooking and inverting,and ensures the normal and safe mining of the mining face,improves the unit yield level in the complex mining geological conditions of large mining height fully mechanized mining equipment.The device is economical and easy to be manufactured and installed,which has a very wide range of promotion future.
