摘要
目的探索浅表转移性淋巴结的彩色多普勒超声成像特征。方法回顾性分析101例浅表转移性淋巴结的二维灰阶超声图像及彩色多普勒超声图像特征,评价纵横比、皮髓质形态、砂砾样钙化及血流分布(I-III级),测量峰值流速及阻力指数。所有淋巴结性质由穿刺活检后组织病理学确定。结果 64.4%患者表现为皮髓质结构不清,35.6%患者皮质增厚,14.8%内含明显砂砾样钙化,45.5%纵横比>1。52.5%淋巴结呈I级血流分布,32.7%淋巴结呈II级血流分布,14.9%淋巴结呈III级血流分布。平均峰值流速为(13.49±6.89)cm/s,平均阻力指数为(0.75±0.11)。结论彩色多普勒超声成像能够表现浅表转移性淋巴结的血流特征,具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of color doppler ultrasonographic features of superficial metastatic lymphaden.Methods The characteristics of color doppler ultrasonography and two-dimensional grey-scale sonography of 101 patients with superficial metastatic lymphaden were analyzed retrospectively.The aspect ratio,corticomedullary appearance,microcalcification and blood flow distribution(I-III grade)were evaluated.The maximum velocity and resistance index were measured.All the characters of lymphaden were confirmed by pathology after biopsy.Results Among these patients,64.4%presented unclear corticomedullary structures,35.6%presented cortex incrassation,14.8%contained microcalcification and 45.5%had the aspect ratio>1.Among the lymphadens,52.5%presented blood flow at grade I,32.7%presented blood flow at grade II and 14.9%presented blood flow at grade III.The average maximum velocity were(13.49士6.89)cm/s and the average of resistance index were(0.75±0.11).Conclusion Colordopplersonographycoulddemonstrate blood flow characteristics of superficial metastatic lymphaden and has certain diagnostic value.
