摘要
本文以文化导向理论和组织公民行为理论为理论视角,探讨了建设项目组织文化对项目绩效的影响机制,尤其是项目公民行为的中介作用,以及项目复杂性的调节作用。基于国内200个建设项目的 602份调查问卷的实证研究结果表明:建设项目组织文化对项目绩效存在显著正向影响,并且柔性文化导向对项目绩效的影响大于控制文化导向;项目公民行为在柔性文化导向与项目绩效的关系中起到部分中介作用;项目复杂性正向调节了建设项目组织文化与项目绩效之间的关系。
Based on cultural orientation and organizational citizenship theory,this study explores the impact mechanism of project culture on project performance,especially the mediating role of project citizenship behavior and the moderating role of project complexity.The samples are taken from 602 project member working in 200 construction projects.The findings show that:project culture has a significant positive effect on project performance,and flexibility cultural orientation has a stronger positive effect on project performance than control orientation;project citizenship behavior partially mediates the impact of flexibility cultural orientation on project performance;project complexity moderates the relationship between project culture and project performance.
