面曲率在自由曲面多轴加工中的应用

摘要 加工自由曲面球头铣刀所受铣削力跟随曲面形态不断变化,由自由曲面向外偏置球刀半径所形成的曲面称为刀位点所在曲面,其曲率是计算铣削力的重要参数之一。如何简单准确地获取到位点所在自由曲面的面曲率对多轴数控加工自由曲面有重要的意义。以等参数网格包覆待加工的自由曲面,通过矢量计算获取刀位点所在网格曲面,该网格点群即刀位点所在曲面的点云。通过软件获取点云上难加工点以及周围点的坐标,并计算刀位点所在曲面的曲率,并以其数值作为加工工艺的参考。 The free-form surface machining of ball end milling by the milling force with curved surface shape changing surface formed by the spherical radius of the free surface outwardly biased called cutter location of the curved surface,the curvature is one of the im portant parameters of the milling force.How to obtain the surface curvature of the free-form surface where the site is located is of great significance to the free surface of multi axis NC machining.The surface of the machined free-form surface is covered by the same parameter mesh.The mesh point of the tool location is obtained through vector computation.The grid point group is the point cloud on the surface of the cutter location.The coordinates of the difficult point and the surrounding points on the point cloud are acquired through software,and the curvature of the surface of the cutter location is calculated,and its numerical value is used as a reference for the processing technology.
