摘要
采用真空烧结方法制备了YT14硬质合金。研究了不同的球磨时间对YT14硬质合金粉体粒度、烧结体密度、抗弯强度和硬度的影响。结果表明:随着球磨时间从24h延长至120h,合金粉体的粒度表现出先减小后增大的势态,合金烧结体的抗弯强度和硬度呈现出先增大后减小的势态,合金烧结体的密度几乎保持不变;当球磨时间取72h时,YT14硬质合金获得了最优异的综合性能。
The YT14 cemented carbide was prepared by vacuum sintering.We studied the effect of milling time on the particle size of YT14 powder and the density,bending strength and hardness of YT14 sintered alloy.The results show that,with the milling time increases from 24h to 120h,the particle size of YT14 powder tells us a trend of falling first and then rising,and the bending strength and hardness of YT14 sintered alloy show a trend of rising first and then falling.The density of the sintered alloy remains almost constant.When the milling time is 72h,the best performance of YT14 cemented carbide is obtained.
