摘要
目的:通过回顾性分析,研究优质护理服务干预在慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者中的应用价值。方法:收集我院2015年1月-2016年12月住院部的慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者300例,进行回顾性研究。患者随机分成研究组和对照组各150例,对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上进行优质护理服务干预,对比分析两组患者健康(NHP)、睡眠质量(PSQI)、焦虑(SAS)及治疗效果。结果:予以不同的护理方法后,对照组和研究组NHP、PSQI及SAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组治疗的总有效率为89.33%;对照组总有效率为71.33%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务干预可以提高慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者生活质量、睡眠质量及临床治疗效果,同时降低其焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪,促进患者康复,有重要的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective:To study the application value of quality nursing service intervention on chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer by retrospective analysis.Methods:300 cases of chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and retrospective studied,and were divided into the study group and control group,150 cases in each.The control group was given usual care.The study group was given quality nursing service intervention more.The score of NHP,PSQI,SAS and effect were compared.Results:After nursing,the score of NHP,PSQI,and SAS were compared,with statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).The total efficiency was 89.33%in the study group and 71.33%in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing service intervention on chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer can improve the quality of life,sleep quality and clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the anxiety and depression,promote recovery,with important clinical application value,and is worth popularizing.
