摘要
社会诚信体系建设和志愿服务记录制度有机联系起来,可以充实现有诚信记录内容,依托于社会诚信体系的志愿服务记录制度将更具有可操作性、可追溯性,推动志愿者服务记录体系向更具有现实性并与激励机制更紧密结合的方向发展。本文通过内蒙古自治区志愿服务记录现状及阻碍因素,针对性地提出完善志愿服务记录,促进志愿服务健康发展的建议对策。
Appropriate combination between social credibility system construction and voluntary service recording system can enrich the present credibility recording contents.The combination also makes the voluntary service recording system,which is based on the social credibility system,more operable and traceable.It still promotes the voluntary service recording system to be more realistic and more closely integrated with the incentive mechanism.Based on the current situation and obstructive factors of voluntary service in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect voluntary service records and promotes the healthy development of voluntary service.
