摘要
在供给侧改革背景下,市场经济快速发展,公司成本管理工作已经引起人们的重视。为了保证企业能够更加稳定运行,论文主要分析企业成本管理中存在的问题,如对成本管理缺乏足够的重视、成本管理方案不完善、管理手段单一等,并提出合理的解决方案,希望能够给相关工作人员提供一定的参考。
Under the background of supply side reform,the market economy developed rapidly,the company cost management has aroused people's attention.In order to ensure more stable operation of the enterprise,this paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise cost management,such as lack of sufficient attention to cost management,the imperfect cost management scheme,single management means,and puts forward a reasonable solution,hoping to provide some reference to the relevant staff.
