摘要
目的探讨不同运动方式、强度及频率对围绝经期女性骨密度的影响。方法抽取本院体检围绝经期女性371例,根据不同运动方式、强度及频率分组,检测各组的骨密度水平,并进行统计比较。结果有氧运动联合抗阻运动组骨密度(BMD)明显高于单纯有氧运动和抗阻运动组(P<0.05);中度和重度组BMD明显高于轻度组(P<0.05);活跃和高度活跃组BMD明显高于完全静坐和活动不足组(P<0.05)。结论适度有氧运动联合抗阻运动对于维持围绝经期女性BMD,保持骨健康具有积极的作用。
Objective To investigate effects of different exercise patterns,intensity and frequency on bone mineral density in perimenopausal women.Methods A total of 371 perimenopausal women in our hospital were divided into different groups according to different ways of movement,strength and frequency,the levels of bone mineral density of different groups were measured and compared.Results Aerobic exercise and resistance exercise group had significantly higher BMD than aerobic exercise and resistance exercise group(P<0.05);Moderate and severe BMD groups were significantly higher than mild BMD group(P<0.05);Active and highly active BMD groups were significantly higher than that of complete meditation and activities lacking groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Moderate aerobic exercise and resistance exercise has positive effect on maintaining BMD and bone health in perimenopausal women.
