西秦岭特长隧道TBM施工有轨运输系统工程实践 被引量:6

摘要 西秦岭特长隧道出口段采用TBM掘进、连续皮带机出碴和同步拱墙衬砌,施工运输运量大,运输距离长达20 km,为配置合理的有轨运输系统确保TBM安全快速施工,从运能分析、列车编组、轨线布置和调度系统配置等方面介绍了整个运输系统设置的方法和调整过程。结果表明:1)在进行临时工程设计时要综合考虑生产设施和轨线的相互配套,重视洞外车场的布置;2)在施工过程中应不断地对列车编组形式进行调整,并应提高调度系统的信息化程度以使各种施工信息能快速地得到处理。最终,通过项目实施的进度数据验证了所采用的有轨运输系统的可行性,达到了快速施工的目的。 The TBM,continuous belt conveyor mucking system and synchronous construction of arch lining are applied to the exit section of West Qinling Extra-long Tunnel;and the construction transportation capacity is large and the transportation distance reaches 20 km.As a result,rational track transportation system is needed for rapid TBM construction.In this paper,the arrangement and adjustment process of the transportation system are presented in terms of capacity analysis,train marshalling,rail layout and configuration of dispatching system.The results show that:1)The matching of the production facilities and the rail line should be taken into consideration,and the layout of parking lot outside the tunnel should be paid attention to during temporary engineering design.2)The train marshalling should be constantly adjusted during construction;and the informatization level of the dispatching system should be improved.Finally,the feasibility of the track transportation system is verified by advancing data of the project;therefore the rapid construction is achieved.
