摘要
以腈纶纺丝速度同步控制系统为应用背景,基于TPC1162hi触摸屏,文章设计了一个控制系统人机界面。基于工业以太网,触摸屏、上位机、S7-300PLC通过交换机相互通讯,组成速度同步控制系统的通讯网络结构。通过MCGSE组态环境模拟运行,结果表明,通过该人机界面,操作员能设定控制系统的工作模式、读写变频器参数以及监控控制系统的实时状态等。该人机界面在工程实践应用中具有可行性。
Taking the speed synchronization control system in acrylic fiber production line as the application background,a man-computer interface control system is designed based on TPC1162hi touch screen.The communication network structure of speed synchronization control system is composed of industrial Ethernet,touch screen,host computer and S7-300PLC.They communicate with each other through the switchboard.The result of simulative operation in MCGSE configuration environment indicates that through the man-computer interface,the operator can set up the operation mode of the control system,read and write inverter parameters,monitor real-time status of control system,etc.The man-computer interface has feasibility in engineering practice.
