摘要
文章介绍了某腈纶纺丝厂的纺丝控制系统的设计,包括电气结构、通讯网络、基于PLC的控制算法设计以及上位机监控系统的实现。电气部分采用了共直流母线拖动技术,网络部分采用了PROFIBUS-DP进行通讯,并在PLC中实现了电机同步运行的控制算法,应用WinCC设计了监控界面。实际运行结果证明,系统能够很好地满足生产要求。
Taking the control system of acrylic fiber in an acrylic fiber plant as an example, the electrical struc- ture of the system, the network of communication, the design of control algorithm based on PLC and the re- alization of upper computer monitoring system are introduced. The common DC bus is used for electrical part, and the network of communication based on PROFIBUS-DP is designed. The motor synchronization in the PLC is achieved, and the WinCC is used to design monitoring interface. The actual operating results show that the designed system can meet the production requirements well.
