摘要
本文通过以高职高专院校为背景,以高职高专院校教师的必备职业素养为基础,从新进教师角色定位、角色困惑、角色自我认同以及角色培养四个方面,探索高职高专院校新进教师在进行角色塑造时遇到的困惑以及应对措施,为了新进教师能尽快适应职场提供一定的帮助。
With higher vocational college as the background,and the necessary professional quality of teachers in higher vocational college as the foundation,this paper explores the confusion and countermeasures of new teachers'role shaping in higher vocational colleges from such four aspects as role positioning,role confusion,role identity and role cultivation,in order to provide certain help for new teachers to adapt to their work as soon as possible.
