摘要
随着科技、文化、组织等发展变化,雇佣关系也发生重大变化,它严重影响职工的心态和行为,特别是职工的职业生涯。在易变性和无边界职业生涯时代,雇佣关系变化导致心理契约产生改变,职业成功标准从注重客观向更加重视主观转变。员工对组织认同感和依附感的变化导致组织承诺向职业承诺转变,由组织主导员工的职业生涯管理向员工自我主导其职业生涯管理等变化。面对这些变化,我们要构建有理念层面、培训系统层面、职业成功标准方位、职业幸福感方位、职业技能角度、培训内容角度和学习方式角度等多层面多方位多角度的综合体系,适应新型职业变化职工素质提升需求,有效提升职工素质,留住、用好各类职工,满足组织人才发展需求。
With the development of science and technology,culture and organization,employment relations have also undergone major changes,which seriously affect the mentality and behavior of employees,especially the career of employees.In volatile and borderless career times,changes in employment relations lead to major changes in the psychological contract,and standards of professional success ranges from an objective to more subjective change.The change of employee's sense of identity and attachment leads to the change of organizational commitment to career commitment,which is dominated by organizational leadership,employee career management,employee self leadership and career management.In the face of these changes,we must construct a comprehensive system of the concept level,system level,occupation training,occupation orientation and success criteria of azimuth angle and the angle of happiness occupation skills training perspective and learning style as multi angles in order to adapt to the new occupation changes to improve staff quality requirements,effectively improve the quality of staff,retain,use all types of workers,to meet the requirements of the development of talents.
