“3+2”全科医学培养模式中存在的问题和解决方式 被引量:8

摘要 本文对全科医师"3+2"培养模式存在的问题进行了分析,如存在全科医学教育重视程度不够、全科医学教育课程体系不完善、政策层面的制约、保障制度与考核体系的不完善,以及缺乏系统的全科医生临床技能实训标准等。针对以上问题,提出相应解决对策:构建"3+2"助理全科医生培养的全科医学教育课程体系,从政策层面对学生实施全面保障,以教学课程为载体促进"3+2"全科医学培养知识体系的创新,加强全科医生临床技能模拟训练中心建设及其标准建设,以及加强"3+2"全科医学培养的师资队伍建设和教学团队建设。希望上述对策的实施可以对提高全科医师的培养质量发挥重要作用。 This article analyzes the problems existing in the"3+2"training mode of general practitioners,such as the insufficient emphasis on general medical education,imperfect curriculum system of general medical education,policy-level constraints,imperfect security system and assessment system,and the lack of systematic clinical practice training standards for general practitioners.In response to the above problems,corresponding solutions should be put forward,including constructing the general medical education curriculum system of"3+2"assistant general practitioner training,from the policy level to implement full ensurement of students,promoting the innovation of"3+2"general knowledge training system on the basis of teaching courses,strengthening the building of general practitioners clinical skills simulation training center and its standard construction,strengthening the teaching staff building and teaching team building of"3+2"general medical education.We hope that the implementation of the above countermeasures can play an important role in improving the quality of general practitioner training
