摘要
目的探讨分析慢性宫颈炎采取综合疗法的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年7月收治的80例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组(40例,接受微波疗法)与观察组(40例,接受综合疗法),对两组患者的临床效果进行分析比较。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者6及12个月的复发率及总复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性宫颈炎患者施以综合疗法,临床效果显著,且患者的复发率得到了有效控制,满意度高,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of comprehensive therapy on chronic cervicitis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic cervicitis who were admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects. Patients were randomly divided into control group(40 cases, receiving microwave therapy)and observation group(40 cases, receiving comprehensive therapy). The clinical effects of patients between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate at 6 and 12 months and total recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic cervicitis, comprehensive therapy has significant clinical effect, the patients' recurrence rate have been effectively controlled, with high satisfaction, it is worth of further clinical application.
