摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合氯吡格雷治疗脑动脉硬化并颈动脉斑块的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的脑动脉硬化并颈动脉斑块患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各45例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片,试验组给予阿托伐他汀钙片+氯吡格雷片。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血脂水平、颅内血管搏动指数、颈动脉内膜中膜厚度及斑块面积比较差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上述指标均明显改善,且试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合氯吡格雷治疗脑动脉硬化并颈动脉斑块的疗效显著,可明显改善患者的血脂和脑部血供,减小颈动脉斑块。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel on cerebral arteriosclerosis and carotid artery plaque.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and carotid artery plaque in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=45)and control group(n=45).On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets and the experimental group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets and clopidogrel tablets.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the level of blood lipid,the vascular pulsatility index,carotid artery intima-media thickness and plaque area between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indexes in both groups improved and those in the experimental group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis and carotid plaque has significant effect,which can significantly improve blood lipid and brain blood supply in patients,and reduce the carotid plaque.
