高频超声及超声弹性成像在诊断腕管综合征中的作用 被引量:8

摘要 腕管综合征是最常见的周围神经卡压性疾病,目前诊断尚无统一的金标准。临床诊断主要依据患者症状、体征及电生理检查。然而,自从9 0年代超声辅助诊断腕管综合征以来[1],超声在该领域的应用正逐渐被大家认可。随着新一代超声设备的出现,其高频超声探头拥有较高的分辨率,可以更精确地观察到腕管水平正中神经的形态学改变;其超声弹性成像技术探头能检测组织的弹性硬度,使得神经及其周围组织的弹性质地检测成为可能,从而使腕管综合征的诊断更加明确。本文将详细就上诉两种超声方法在诊断腕管综合征中的作用作一综述。
