摘要
中国发展模式具有内在历史建构逻辑,其发生发展与传统文化存在本质必然联系。中国文化源远流长,发展至今已历经多个阶段、多次转型,积淀形成了古代传统文化、革命传统文化和现代主义传统文化三重历时态传统文化,这三重传统文化既相互差异和对立、又相互贯通和协同,共同参与和深刻影响着当代中国发展模式的选择与建构。为了促进科学发展和优化创新中国发展模式,需要拓展传统认识的时空视野和传统资源的利用容量,坚持"不忘本来、吸收外来、面向未来"立场和文化整合创新原则,基本思路方略是准确把握当代中国发展的所处方位和时代特征,推进时空压缩型协同整合创新;在整合创新传统文化及文化建设过程中以社会主义核心价值观作为根本统领原则和指导思想;把满足发展需要、促进现实发展作为根本目的和价值标准;切实尊重人民主体地位,贯彻人民主体原则。
China's developmental pattern has an inherent historical logic of construction.Its occurrence and development have a strong association with traditional culture.Chinese culture has a long history and has gone through multiple stages and transformations.It has formed a triple diachronous structure which contains ancient traditional culture,revolutionary traditional culture and modern traditional culture.These three layers are different from and opposite to each other,but through collaboration,they participate in and make profound impact on the choice and construction of China's developmental mode.In order to promote the scientific development and optimize the construction of the Chinese mode,we need to expand the traditional understanding of the temporal and spatial aspects and the utilizational capacity of the traditional resources,adhere to and implement the principle of cultural integration and innovation.The basic idea is to accurately grasp the position of development of contemporary China and the characteristics of the era,to promote space-time compression collaborative integration and innovation.In the process of traditional culture’s integration and innovation,the socialist core values are taken as the fundamental guiding principle and guiding ideology.We ought to meet the developmental needs,to make the promotion of realistic development as a fundamental purpose and value standard,to earnestly respect the people's status,and to implement the principle of the subjective status of the people.
