摘要
以3,5-二氨基苯甲酸、己二酸和乙二胺为原料制备了适用于环氧树脂的酰胺固化剂,并与用硅烷偶联剂改性过的水滑石一同添加到环氧树脂中,得到酰胺-水滑石-环氧树脂防腐涂层。通过红外光谱仪表征了固化剂的结构,用扫描电镜和相差显微镜分析了水滑石的分散性。考察了固化剂和水滑石含量对涂层力学性能和耐蚀性的影响。当固化剂的质量分数为20.0%,水滑石质量分数为1.5%(均以环氧树脂的质量计)时,涂层的致密性最好,附着力达到21.73MPa,洛氏硬度104HR,在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的耐蚀性最好,浸泡24h后无明显锈蚀。
An amide curing agent for epoxy resin was synthesized with3,5-diaminobenzoic acid,adipic acid,and ethylenediamine as raw materials,and then blended with hydrotalcite modified by silane coupling agent and epoxy resin to form an amide-hydrotalcite-epoxy anticorrosive coating.The curing agent was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The dispersity of hydrotalcite was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and phase-contrast microscope.The effects of the contents of curing agent and hydrotalcite on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied.The coating prepared with1.5wt.%of hydrotalcite and20.0wt.%of curing agent(both with respect to the mass of epoxy resin)features optimal compactness,an adhesion strength of21.73MPa,and a Rockwell hardness of104HR,and shows the best corrosion resistance in that no obvious rust is formed after immersion in3.5%NaCl solution for24h.
