摘要
介绍了基于三电平拓扑的大功率中压变频系统,单台容量达8 MV·A,可以多台并联扩展。变频器功率开关器件采用集成门极换流晶闸管IGCT,变频器采用交-直-交背靠背拓扑,整流和逆变部分均为中点钳位NPC三电平结构。整流部分设计为有源前端AFE,可以实现逆变器电能向电网回馈;逆变部分采用转子磁量定向的矢量控制,可以达到高性能的调速指标。所述系统不仅谐波含量小而且具有很好的动态特性和调速精度,适用于调速范围宽的驱动系统。
A medium-voltage and high-power convertor with IGCT was introduced.Its single power rating could reach8MV·A,and a few convertors could be paralleled together in order to drive a higher-power load.AC-DC-AC and back-to-back topology was adopted,the rectifier and inverter had the same power units-three level NPC connected into DC-link.The rectifier was designed with AFE so that the energy from DC-link could feed to the power grid.The rotor flux orientation vector control strategy,which ensured the highest torque quality,was applied in the inverter.So,the convertor shows an excellent drive system efficiency including low harmonic content and high speed performance,and is appropriate for a wide-range variable-speed drive system.
